What’s new is everything else: live-edge timber bar tops, green shiplap, log walls, buffalo plaid underfoot and a carved bear keeping an eye on the pool table. Yes. The Sawmill keeps a rotating cigar list running roughly $9 to $12, including Oliva, Perdomo, Rocky Patel, My Father and Deadwood. You can smoke them at the bar.

Yes. The Sawmill pours beer, wine, whiskey, tequila and cocktails, stocked by the Liquor Depot at the same address — including single barrel picks from the Liquor Depot barrel program.
